Tools and Materials Needed

Two Clean Cloths, Sponge, Kitchen Roll, Multi Surface Cleaner or Disinfectant.

Preparation

Empty your refrigerator of all contents and all removable shelves and drawers Etc. While all your food is out of your refrigerator check the sell-by dates and dispose of any unwanted or out of date items.

Cleaning Surfaces

Spray all of the inside surfaces of the refrigerator making sure to get into all the corners and hard to reach places. Spray the seals and door edges and clean thoroughly with a separate clean cloth.

Cleaning Removable Parts

Using the cleaning product and warm soapy water, clean all of the removable parts in the sink, making sure to clean all areas of these parts.

Drying and Re-assembling

Dry all surfaces and removable parts with a clean, dry cloth or kitchen roll. Re-assemble the fridge to how you would like it to be set out, stacking your food back inside. Make sure you don’t put food items too close to the rear of the refrigerator as this can cause your food to freeze.
