Tools Required

Wrench.

Materials Required

A Water and Electric Supply.

Positioning the Machine

Place your washing machine in a level position close to the water hook ups and the drain. Remove the bolts securing the drum for shipping.

Install the Drain Hose

Follow the manufacturers instructions to attach the plastic drain hose, ensure that it is attached above the height of the washer coming downwards towards the washing machine. You may require more PVC to channel water to a floor drain nearby.

Fitting the Water Hoses

Install the hot and cold water hoses into the back of the machine, ensure your hoses are new. When installing your water hoses ensure that your rubber gaskets are in place. Once completed, tighten them with a wrench.

Secure the water hoses into the required water faucets and tighten them with your wrench by turning them in a 360-degree rotation.

Checking the Machine

Ensure that everything you have installed is securely in position and there are no leaks.

Plugging in the Machine

Plug your washing machine into a plug socket where it will avoid any leaking water.
